Getting buyers in the door is a matter of how great your curb appeal is. You don’t want buyers driving past your home and continuing on down the road because the outside doesn’t catch their eye. Even if the home itself isn’t the nicest, you can wow buyers with some great landscaping. Get them into your home, where the real charm is, and you’ll have offers in no time!
Well-thought-out design
Don’t just plant flowers willy-nilly – you want a really well-thought-out design with interesting and cohesive plants – this means by height, width, color and type of plant.
